The initial email sent out acknowledges your order with us, but it is not a confirmation nor legally binding. The order is accepted and confirmed once payment has been made and stock allocated. We accept payments via bank transfer, deposit, and credit/debit card through the PayHere payment gateway for your convenience. Once your order is completed on our website, payment instructions will be provided.

  • Bank Transfer/Deposit: Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Once we receive your payment, the order will be confirmed and dispatched.

  • Credit/Debit Card (via PayHere): Payments can be made instantly through our secure PayHere payment gateway. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • Cash on Delivery/Pick-Up: Available for orders below Rs. 3,000/- and subject to our discretion.

6. Delivery and Self Pick-Up

For delivery details, please enter the delivery address at the checkout page to calculate the delivery cost.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an order must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up.
